FAQ

Questions, answered

Is the mist safe for my pet?

It is plain water in a very fine mist, so the coat gets just slightly damp. Do not add oils or products to the tank.

Does it work on long hair?

Yes. It works on long and short coats of cats and dogs. For long hair, brush in short strokes and work in sections.

How do I clean it?

Peel the fur off the silicone teeth, then rinse the brush head. Empty the tank after use and let it air dry.

When will it arrive?

Shipping to the US is free and tracked. Orders are prepared in 1–3 business days and usually arrive within 7–12 business days.

What if it does not work for us?

You have 30 days from delivery to try it. If it is not right for your pet, reply to your order confirmation email and we will refund or replace it.

Is this a one-time payment?

Yes. You pay once, there is no subscription.
