Free shipping on every order

All Nubeo orders ship for free, with tracking.

Processing time

Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays).

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders to the United States usually arrive within 7–12 business days. For other countries, including Spain, the estimated delivery time is shown at checkout before you pay. Delivery times are estimates and can be longer during holidays or carrier delays.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, we email you a tracking link so you can follow your package.

Address details

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible and we will try to update it before the order ships.

Delayed or lost packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of shipping, or the tracking has not updated for 7 days, contact us by replying to your order confirmation email. We will look into it with the carrier and, if the package is lost, send a replacement or a full refund.
